Hey, I’m Alicia!

My three main obsessions are travel, learning, and peanut butter (well four obsessions... my husband too of course!). I have a passion for seeing every inch of the globe (we’ve lived in Italy, France and the UK) and I’m a big believer that the world would be a better place if we stopped putting people in boxes and started to accept them for who they are (I’m always up for a d&m). When I’m not marrying awesome peeps, I’m usually walking along the beautiful WA coast, sipping a vino in the sunshine or planning my next adventure!

It all started when…

Whilst living in Europe many moons ago, I had the honour of being a bridesmaid for a couple of friends. This gave me the opportunity to fly back home to Perth to celebrate their love stories and see my family and friends. Those long-haul flights got me thinking (I seem to generate my best ideas on planes and trains) and I thought about becoming a marriage celebrant myself. After returning home a few years later, the idea was still with me so I completed my qualification, got my registration and launched my business. I haven’t looked back since!

I LOVE WHAT I DO!

Becoming a marriage celebrant has been one of my greatest achievements. I’ve had the honour of meeting some incredible people along the way! From the couples to the vendors, everyone has simply been amazing and I count my lucky stars every time I walk away from meeting with a freshly engaged couple or feeling that post-ceremony high after marrying two beautiful people!

As a celebrant, not only do I get to share such a special time in your life and have the honour of officiating your love and commitment, but I also get to know YOU. It truly is a privilege that I get the opportunity to catch a glimpse of your life, learn about the journey you’ve walked and hear about the goals you share.
